Helopay started by a group of people who had been through the ups and downs of building and scaling startups. We were fintech enthusiasts, bankers, and software engineers who had seen it all. We knew how to build a tech business, but when it came to managing payments and banking at scale, we were never satisfied. It always felt like a struggle. While consumer banking in India has taken huge leaps forward with UPI and other innovations, business banking still felt like it was stuck in the past at least a decade back. The solutions that existed were all over the place, broken in many parts — payment collection, payouts, and everything else. Nothing worked together, not available easily in one place. If a company wanted to integrate just one product, it could take months of work. We thought, "This can’t be how it should be." We saw that no one was offering businesses a single, simple solution. There was no one-stop platform for all their banking and payment needs. So, we decided to create it ourselves. That’s how Helopay was born. Our vision for Helopay goes far beyond providing a simple service. We want Helopay to grow in tandem with India. As our nation takes its rightful place as a global leader in various industries, we see ourselves as enablers of that progress. By empowering Indian businesses with cutting-edge financial tools, we aim to be a catalyst for their success, helping them create a greater impact both locally and globally.

Bias towards action: We believe that continuous action is the key to progress. Keep your word: If for any reason you can’t, provide a valid explanation. Work hard and harder: Set an example. Nothing revolutionary was built without great effort. Take ownership: Be 100% responsible for your actions and their outcomes. Think big, act step by step: Plan for the next 10 years, but execute with a weekly focus. Credit goes to action, not plans: You earn recognition by doing, not just preparing. Make swift decisions: Act fast on decisions that can be reversed. Be careful with those that can’t. Find joy in action: The greatest satisfaction comes from realizing you've done something today that you couldn’t do yesterday.
It’s easy enough to find statistics on sales and new business in general, but it’s somewhat more challenging to find current metrics on sales
